Yahoo: Not seeing images.

When you view an email, at the very top above the "from" field you may see a yellow message bar that says "This message contains blocked images". Click the button to the right that says "Show Images".

That's it! You should start to receive images. If you do not, please contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.

Yahoo: Not receiving emails.

There could be a few reasons.

  1. Your emails might be getting inadvertently placed into your spam folder.
      To check if emails are in your SPAM filter:
    1. Login to your Yahoo account.
    2. Click on the "Spam" folder to the left.
    3. Click the header of the column entitled "name" to sort by name.
    4. Scroll down and see if you see any emails by "salemail@shopittome.com".
    5. If you do see an email by salemail@shopittome.com, select that email and click the "not spam" button at the top.
  2. You may have blocked the Shop It To Me Address
      To check to see if you have blocked Shop It To Me:
    1. Login to your yahoo account.
    2. Click on the Options menu at the top right corner of your yahoo account and select the "Mail Options" option.
    3. Click on the "SPAM" field at the left side of the screen.
    4. On the subsequent screen, you will see a list of blocked email addresses. Scroll down and check if salemail@shopittome.com is on the list.
    5. If it is on the list, select the email address and push the "remove" button.

That's it! You should start to receive images. If you do not, please contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.
