Outlook: Not able to view images.

When you view an email, at the very top above the "from" field you may see a message bar that says "click here to download images". Right-click on that bar and select "add the domain shopittome.com to your safe senders list". If you don't see that message bar, right-click on one of the broken images. A menu should pop up with the options "add user to safe senders list". In that case, select the item "add the domain shopittome.com to your safe senders list".

That's it! You should start to receive images. If you do not, please contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.

Outlook: Not receiving emails.

You may have blocked the Shop It To Me Address.

  1. Click "Action -> Junk E-mail -> Junk E-mail Options..."
  2. Then in the new window click the "Blocked Senders" tab. If you see shopittome.com on the list, click on it and then click the "Remove" button to the right. Then click "Apply" to save your changes.

That's it! You should start to receive images. If you do not, please contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.
