Hotmail: Images are not appearing.

To make sure images appear in your hotmail, please follow these steps:

  1. Open up the Shop It To Me Salemail that does not have images appearing.
  2. Click on the link "mark as safe" in the from address section of the email
  3. Click the "Show Content" link that is within the yellow bar above the Subject of the email.

That's it! You should start to receive images. If you do not, please contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.

Hotmail: I am not receiving emails

If you are not receiving emails for Hotmail, your Salemails™ may have been inadvertently placed into your SPAM or Bulk email folder. To solve this, follow these steps!

  1. Log into your Hotmail account.
  2. Select The Options menu on the right side of the screen and select "More options".
  3. A screen will appear with a number of options. Select "Safe and Blocked Senders" from the Junk E-Mail section.
  4. Within the Safe and Blocked Senders page, select "Safe Senders"
  5. Add the "shopittome.com" domain to be marked as safe. And press "Save"
  6. Finally, we need to Select the "Junk Mail" folder. To do this, go back to your inbox and select the "Junk" folder.
  7. Once within the junk folder, look for the Shop It To Me Salemail email. If you find it, click on the "not junk" button.

That's it! You should start to receive images. If you do not, please contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.
