Gmail: Not able to view images.
  1. Open your Salemail.
  2. Click on the link in the green section that says "Always display images from Salemail@shopittome.com". If you do not see this section, you may have already clicked on "display images below". If so, you need to wait until your next Salemail.
  3. Once you click on this link, you will be able to view all items in your email as well as when you click on the "show entire message" link!

If these steps do not help you start to receive images, please see the tips below or contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.

Gmail: Not able to view images using Internet Explorer, even after clicking "Always Display Images"

As of January 2010, Gmail changed the way images are displayed in emails, Shop It To Me or otherwise. Follow these steps.

  1. In your browser, click Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level
  2. Scroll down to Display Mixed Content and change from "Prompt" to "Enable"
  3. Log out of gmail and then log back in

After this, you should start to receive images! If you don't, contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.

Gmail: Not receiving emails.

You may have blocked the Shop It To Me Address.

  1. Click "Settings" in the upper right corner then click the "Filters" link. Make sure there are not any filters for shopittome.com that deletes or marks your Salemail as spam!

That's it! You should start to receive emails. If you do not, please contact support@shopittome.com and we'll do our best to fix it.
